Replicating an imitation of those, you just want to meet

Have an in-depth conversation, about fantastic adventures in a coffee shop down the street

I don’t believe they drink lattes, or at least in the same way

You might think they should, if only they could

Enjoy a white chocolate mocha

Ah, but those purple eyes, the only thing revealing their disguise

Not surprised in the least, as they show you their joy to believe

One day too they’ll be like you

Going through everyday life, To be really alive, but this time
